If you’re managing multiple servers and have many email users, you surely know how time-consuming it can be to provide support to all these people.

Fortunately, there are some tools you can provide them in order to give them a little more control so that they don’t bug you with simple support requests such as changing passwords.

If you’re providing cPanel Hosting to your users or customers, here’s how they can change their email account password themselves.

How To Change Your Email Account Password with cPanel

First, head over to http://www.yourwebsite.com/webmail. Enter your email address and password to login:

Click the Change Password icon:

Specify your new password in the appropriate fields, hit the Change button and you’re done!

So you see, there are actually no reasons for a user not to be able to change his or her email password (unless it’s your boss but that’s a different issue).
